Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, provide makeup applications and skincare analysis, and help with in-store events and product demonstrations.

You will greet guests, build relationships, and guide them to products and services while staying informed about promotions and inventory. This role requires a passion for beauty and guest service, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Passion for guest service and selling; comfortable with basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to their needs, and upsell products and services.
• Handle cashier tasks, returns, exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
