Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist guests with product selection, and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis. You will help drive sales through personalized service and participate in in-store events.

Flexibility is required including weekends and holidays. Prior retail or beauty experience is preferred, and a strong team mindset will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment with a vibrant culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, and recommend products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events that deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
