Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help create a welcoming, visually ready store and deliver exceptional client experiences while meeting sales goals.

Flexibility is required: 0–14 hours weekly, including nights, weekends and holidays, with availability Oct 5 through Jan 10. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
