Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends with credibility.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment.
• Assist with safety and shrink-reduction programs and policy guidelines.
• Collaborate with leaders to accomplish tasks.
