Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our store. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and help with cashier tasks while keeping fixtures stocked and the store clean.

You will participate in in-store events, assist guests with online orders, and stay current on products to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, providing personalized service and answering product questions.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders while maintaining store cleanliness.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
