You will support leadership through a focus on service, guest relations, and in-store procedures. Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, product demonstrations, and booking services for events to drive sales while staying informed about offerings and promotions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
