Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor (BA) in Hingham, MA to provide an exceptional guest experience by engaging each guest, performing select services, and driving store sales. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and support in-store events while maintaining store standards and knowledge of promotions.

The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with a focus on performance and adherence to Ulta Beauty’s policies.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling; proficient with POS and Apple devices.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service and provide product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses with guests.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders, as needed.
• Support in-store events and services to achieve sales goals.
• Keep the work area stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to better serve guests.
