Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store. You’ll greet guests, perform cashier duties, and provide makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales while keeping fixtures stocked and engaging with brand programs.

You will also support in-store events and services, staying knowledgeable about products and ingredients to help guests make informed choices. A friendly, energetic demeanor and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

High school diploma is preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)

Responsibilities

Greet and engage each guest entering the store and tailor service to their needs.
Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders as needed.
Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and in-store events.
Stay informed about products and communicate benefits to guests.
Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with merchandising.
