Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support leadership with store operations. You will greet guests, personalize service, recommend products, conduct makeup applications and skincare analysis, and assist with in-store events to drive sales and loyalty.

This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, strong communication, ability to learn product knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Able to build strong customer relationships and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personalized service to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and manage transactions.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; handle returns and exchanges.
• Demonstrate products, make makeup applications, and skincare analyses.
• Assist with in-store events and merchandise resets as needed.
• Stay informed on products to better advise guests.
