Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service: greet guests, personalize service, answer questions, promote products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
