Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, perform product demonstrations, and support sales through makeup applications and skincare analysis, while maintaining stock and cleanliness to uphold Ulta Beauty standards.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or beauty experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, answer questions about products and services, and suggest complementary Ulta Beauty offerings.
• Handle sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders with courtesy.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better assist guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
