Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest experiences, greet guests, and promote products in a fast-paced store setting. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a passion for beauty, ability to work with customers, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training and ongoing education help you stay current on products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage each guest, tailor service to needs, and promote products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure testers are available.
• Stay informed on new and existing products to better serve guests.
