Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor, perform cashier tasks, and assist with in-store events. You will stay informed about products, demonstrate makeup and skincare, and help drive sales while keeping the store neat and welcoming.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and engaging guests on the sales floor.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with online orders; support in-store events.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Keep the sales floor replenished, clean, and aligned with planograms; process merchandise resets.
• Maintain an inclusive, collaborative environment with teammates and guests.
