Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with product recommendations, and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis.

You will support the leadership team through sales performance and guest service while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise, events, and promotions, stocking fixtures, and providing knowledgeable product information to guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS) and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, advise on products and services, and promote promotions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, and support operations.
