Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales on the shop floor. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and assist with in-store events and online orders.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to learn across product categories. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and ability to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders; support in-store events and services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, replenishment, and merchandise displays.
• Adhere to store policies and dress code; protect company assets.
