Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to create an exceptional guest experience in-store, assist with sales and services, and support events. You will help guests select products, perform demonstrations, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for beauty, and ability to work flexible days, including weekends and holidays. Training and product knowledge are provided to grow guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for and support execution of services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
