Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or guest services experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and skincare lines.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
• Greet and engage each guest, tailor service, answer questions, and suggest products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store services and events.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and benefits to better serve guests.
