Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest entering the store
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders
• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events
• Keep work area replenished, signed and faced; maintain store cleanliness
