Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Rosemont is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. You will greet guests, answer questions, and recommend Ulta products while supporting in-store events and service sales.

The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and offers opportunities to learn about new products and grow with Ulta Beauty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, refunds, exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
