Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with makeup applications, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store. You will drive sales by recommending products, processing transactions, and supporting in-store events.

Required are a high school diploma (preferred) and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected. Benefits vary by full-time/part-time status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, answering questions, and recommending products/services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restocking, and adherence to store procedures and policies.
