Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and omni-channel channels.
• Greet and engage guests, explain products and promotions, and recommend Ulta Beauty services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain clean, stocked fixtures and assist with merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
