Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent education mix.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, deliver exceptional service and upsell products.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders as needed.
• Conduct makeup applications and skincare demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to answer guest questions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and assist with merchandise resets.
