Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, perform cashier duties, restock fixtures, and keep the store clean. You’ll engage guests, explain products, and support in-store events to drive sales.

You should be passionate about beauty, customer service oriented, able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, and comfortable using a POS system and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling
• Proficient with a Point of Sale system and Apple devices
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with checkout, exchanges and returns
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events, supporting guest experience and sales goals
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish merchandise, and ensure proper fixtures and planograms
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to better serve guests
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
