Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, perform cashier tasks, and maintain organized sales fixtures. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and support in-store events and services to meet sales goals.

The role requires a passion for beauty, the ability to learn product knowledge, and the flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior experience with POS systems and basic tech is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with product information and promotions.
• Perform cashier duties and handle on-line orders as needed.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales.
• Schedule and support services and in-store events for enhanced guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise; adhere to store procedures.
