Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our store. You will engage guests, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and support sales goals during busy periods.

This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on service, replenishment, and store cleanliness. You will also assist with in-store events, product demonstrations, and the Ulta Beauty loyalty program while staying current on

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and support in-store events and services.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean, assist with online orders as needed.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with appointments and in-store event execution to drive sales and guest experience.
