Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, provide product recommendations, and perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to drive sales.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, restocking, and assisting with in-store events while maintaining clean, organized fixtures and engaging in ongoing product education.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist customers with product questions and recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Assist with cashier tasks, returns, refunds and online order support.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and ensure merchandise is signed and faced.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Support leadership team and participate in training and store initiatives.
