Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS) and devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, determine needs, and guide product selection.
• Perform cashier tasks and support online orders as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked fixtures and store standards.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
