Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with sales, and maintain clean, well-stocked fixtures. The role emphasizes personalized service, product demonstrations, and event support to drive store performance.

The position requires strong guest service skills, basic tech proficiency, and the ability to build relationships with customers while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, and recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events delivering excellent guest experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and communicate benefits to guests.
