Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, addressing needs, and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is replenished and properly displayed.
