Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in California to deliver an exceptional guest experience, greet guests, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, demonstrate products, and support store leadership in achieving sales goals and executing in-store events.

You will stay knowledgeable on products, maintain clean, replenished fixtures, assist with online orders and returns, and help drive guest loyalty while following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS system and Apple devices.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish fixtures and testers.
• Assist with online orders and returns/exchanges.
• Stay informed on products and promotions and share with guests.
