Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with sales, and drive in-store events. You’ll perform product demonstrations, makeup applications, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests.

The role supports the leadership team in meeting sales goals, maintaining replenished displays, and ensuring store standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with cashier tasks and product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish fixtures, and ensure testers are available.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
