Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service and support store sales. You will engage guests, perform makeup applications, and provide product knowledge during in-store events.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with cashier tasks, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor while adhering to store procedures and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests entering the store.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Handle cashier tasks, exchanges, and online orders as needed.
• Keep fixtures stocked, merchandise replenished, and store clean.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about products, promotions and benefits.
• Adhere to dress code and store policies; maintain attendance.
