Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist guests with questions, perform makeup applications, and drive sales on the shop floor. You will handle cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and support in-store events to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role requires a passion for the beauty industry, strong customer service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to sales, loyalty, omni-channel performance.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest entering the store.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and store cleanliness.
• Follow policies, dress code, and loss prevention best practices.
