Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink control.
Greet and engage guests; personalize service and recommend products and services.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
