Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, assist with cosmetics sales, and support in-store events. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, and guide product selections to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities include cashier tasks, stocking, cleanliness, and assisting the leadership team with events and store operations. A high school diploma is preferred and some experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and troubleshoot.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and events, and stay informed on product knowledge.
