Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assess individual needs, and perform makeup applications and product demonstrations that drive sales.

You will handle cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and support in-store events while adhering to store standards and company policies. This role requires passion for the beauty industry, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and greet guests on entry, assisting with product questions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restocking, and operating procedures in line with company standards.
• Assist with refunds, exchanges, and online order support.
