Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, handle cashier tasks, and assist with in-store events and sales during peak periods.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations, and recommend items to guests while booking appointments and supporting a high-energy team. The role requires staying informed on products and benefits, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests entering the store and tailor service to their needs.
• Assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; support execution of events.
• Stay informed on new and existing products, ingredients, and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise; ensure testers are available.
