Tahoe Donner Association in Truckee is seeking a beach snack bar and dining area team member to ensure safe, clean, and professional operation under supervision by the Marina Manager, Assistant Manager and Kitchen Supervisor.

You will prepare and serve menu items, assist with rentals and pass checks, and help keep the beach club clean and hazard-free for guests and staff. The role emphasizes sanitation, teamwork, and reliable service across front- and back-of-house duties.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety measures.
• Knowledge of food handling sanitation.
• Knowledge of principles, procedures and equipment used in the storage, care, preparation,cooking and dispensing of food in large quantity.
• Knowledge of methods and procedures used in the operations, cleaning and care of utensils, equipment and work areas.
• Ability to prepare and cook all food groups.
• Follow oral and written instructions and keep records.
• Lift an average of 50 lbs. if required in the job.
• Read and write at a level appropriate to the position.
• Ability to cooperate and work well with others.

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and employees alike.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Association rules, regulations and procedures and enforce them accordingly.
• Prepare menu items in a clean, safe manner and in accordance with State sanctioned standards.
• Maintain a clean, hazard free work area at all times.
• Prepare and serve food items to customers and employees.
• Wash dishes and equipment as necessary.
• Clean counter tops, tables, equipment and floors.
• Remove garbage when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and employees alike.
• Other Duties as assigned.
