Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Seasonal Beach Supervisor to lead our recreation program at a hotel or resort. You will plan and coordinate sports, games, arts and crafts, and other activities while inspiring guests and guiding the recreation team to deliver memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in recreation or hospitality, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the energy to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within recreation or hospitality.
• Leadership and team management skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to develop engaging recreational programs.
• Knowledge of various recreation activities and equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Seasonal Beach Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating a variety of recreational programs and activities, from sports and games to arts and crafts. With your high energy and enthusiasm, you'll inspire and engage both guests and team members, creating a fun and memorable environment for all.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the recreation or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and the ability to develop and implement engaging recreational programs
• Knowledge of various recreational activities and equipment
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
