Job summary

John Ball Zoo is seeking a Seasonal Bartender to provide outstanding service at weddings, donor events, graduations, and other zoo activities. You will mix drinks, pour beer and wine, prepare garnishes and mixers, and ensure each guest has a memorable experience while following alcohol service regulations.

The role involves bar setup/teardown, operating in diverse indoor and outdoor environments, and offering flexible scheduling with opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Must be able to work 20 hours per week.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks, pour beer and wine for guests at the zoo events.
• Handle bar setup and teardown, garnish preparation and mixer prep.
• Serve drinks to guests while adhering to alcohol service laws and guidelines.
