Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience required.
• 21 years of age or older preferred.
• Colorado alcohol server training certification or training within 30 days of employment.
• Food Handler and Allergy training or equivalent certification within 14 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional service to guests.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a polite demeanor.
• Greet guests promptly and engage with a friendly attitude.
• Promote a clean, safe work environment and well-stocked bar.
• Handle cash and daily reconciliations accurately.
• Maintain appearance standards and attend staff meetings.
