Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a bartender to provide courteous, professional service while ensuring responsible alcohol service and compliance with health and liquor regulations. The role involves accurate pouring, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment in line with resort standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience required.
• 21 years of age or older preferred.
• Colorado Driver's License and clean driving record desirable.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer functionality required.
• Colorado approved Alcohol Server Training certificate or attend training within 30 days of employment.
• Current Food Handler and Allergy training certificate, or attend Aller-train certification within 14 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a polite, professional demeanor.
• Greet and acknowledge guests promptly with a friendly attitude.
• Promote a clean, safe work environment and appearance standards.
• Ensure bar and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Manage guest orders efficiently and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Handle cash and perform daily reconciliations accurately.
• Report guest or employee issues to management.
