Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a bartender for Wildflower, inside the Iron Blosam at Snowbird, Utah. This seasonal role requires flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with overnights possible during road closures.

You will serve alcoholic beverages, manage payments, and maintain a clean bar in a fast-paced resort environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, are at least 21, and hold a Food Handler Permit and Tips Cert.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of bartender or service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Food Handler Permit, Tips Cert, Sheriff Work Card.
• Ability to learn menus, recipes and wine lists.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned station and maintain cleanliness.
• Greet guests, inform them of specials and upsell.
• Handle all financial transactions and close out shifts.
• Follow state alcohol laws and safety practices.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests.
