We are seeking a Seasonal Bartender (July to October) who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor setting, embraces the changing seasons, and crafts cocktails that capture the essence of Napa Valley’s finest ingredients. As part of Alila Napa Valley, a Forbes-rated luxury property, our bartenders deliver personalized, elevated service in a setting that blends sophistication with relaxed, open‑air hospitality.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $20.00 plus tips and service.
