Gulfstream Park Racing in Hallandale Beach, FL is seeking a Management Executive for the Seasonal Part-Time role to lead beverage service across outlets. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong knowledge of food, wine and liquor, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food, wine and liquor.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills; high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and interact with internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Florida slot license.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bars and beverage outlets for readiness.
• Prepares drinks quickly, efficiently and to specifications for customers at the outlet.
• Handles opening/closing inventory and controls cash and card transactions.
• Responsible for all opening/closing procedures of the shift.
• Responds to guest inquiries with knowledge of Gulfstream Park and Guest Services Resources.
• Follows department SOPs, uniforms, communications and work duties.
• Maintains the highest standards of customer service and safety.
