Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a seasonal Bartender in Sacramento, CA at Natomas Park. You’ll mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a country club setting.

Requirements include a Food Handler Card, TIPs/LEAD certification, a high school diploma, and strong customer-service skills. Shifts vary; weekends/holidays required, with a 12:00pm–9:00pm window and equitable pay.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Card.
• Current TIPs/LEAD (Responsible Alcohol Awareness Safety).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with country club/hotel/high-end operations.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service.
• Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain clean conditions at the bar, bar unit, tables, and related areas.
• Stock ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and paper supplies.
• Prepare fresh garnishes and drinks per recipes (measuring systems).
• Check in with guests to respond to needs and process payments.
• Complete closing procedures, including daily receipts and cash drop.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas.
