The Dollywood Company is seeking a Bartender for HeartSong Lodge & Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. This part-time seasonal role involves crafting drinks and delivering guest experiences in accordance with our mission and values.

You must be at least 21, with a High School Diploma and Serve Safe/Alcohol Server Certification. Basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable attendance are expected in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma required; Serve Safe/Alcohol Server Certification.
• Basic computer knowledge; valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash/card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Check with Manager for daily forecast training objectives.
• Communicate daily specials from kitchen to guests.
• Answer phone and record take-out orders.
• Inspect bar for cleanliness and proper supply levels.
• Make specialty drinks to standard with correct ingredients and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment per health codes.
• Perform service, busser and runner duties as needed.
• Be willing to work in other disciplines as directed by management.
• Use POS accurately; handle cash and card transactions.
• Participate in upsell strategies and daily line ups.
