Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking an experienced Bartender for Branch House Bistro in Redding, CA. This seasonal, hourly role involves preparing beverages, serving guests, and supporting servers while maintaining bar cleanliness and inventory control.

You will verify IDs, enforce age policies, and handle cash with accuracy. Prior high-volume bar experience and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• One to three years high volume bar experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• California RBS Certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers for table delivery.
• Take beverage and food orders at the bar.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Ensure all liquor, beer and wine product is put away safely.
• Assist with recipe batching and garnishes.
• Ensure bar equipment is clean and working.
• Verify customer IDs and enforce age policies.
• Operate cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and assist staff as needed.
• Participate in outlet deep cleaning.
