Job summary

Troon is hiring a part-time bartender at New Berlin Hills Golf Course in New Berlin, WI. The role is seasonal and lasts up to six months, with responsibilities including stocking, mixing, serving beverages, and assisting with inventory and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• 1 year bartending experience or training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid Wisconsin bartender license or ability to obtain one.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bar, mix and serve drinks, assist with cost control and inventory records.
• Maintain inventory control and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Take guest requests and relay to department manager.
• Handle opening/closing tasks: inventory, cash, cleaning, restocking.
