Job summary

Raintree Golf and Event Center in Uniontown, OH, is seeking a seasonal part-time Bartender to deliver hospitality and memorable beverage experiences for members and guests. As an associate of Troon, you’ll be part of a global leader in golf and club operations.

Responsibilities include stocking and serving beverages, handling cash with the POS system, maintaining inventory, and ensuring liquor-law compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of bartending experience or training.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists with cost control and inventory.
• Maintains inventory records and communicates supplies needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties including cash handling and restocking.
• Uses Point of Sale System for transactions.
• Reviews banquet schedules and serves at catered events.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Adheres to safe work practices and performs other duties as required.
